Elizabeth Smith joined the firm in 2012. Beth graduated from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in 1972 and earned her J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1995. Beth has participated in countless hours of volunteer work, including a 10-year stint on the Board of Directors of the Marshall Home for Men and more than 20 years with Pima Council on Aging, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Philanthropy & Communications Committee and participates in PCOA-sponsored legal clinics. She is a regular presenter on guardianship, estate planning, and end-of-life issues.
