Traci Smith joined the firm in 2021.  Her estate planning practice is focused on family wealth preservation and succession strategies. Her belief is that there is no “typical” problem in the area of personal and estate planning: the mix of life circumstances and business and personal assets is unique for each person and family. Traci's efforts are focused on providing cutting-edge estate planning tailored to realizing family objectives.  Traci earned her B.S in Biology & Spanish from Millsaps College in 1996, her M.S. from Florida State University in Exercise Physiology in 1997, and her J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2004.

In 2009, Traci was named as one the Arizona Daily Star's "40 Under 40."  She is the past-president of the Arizona Women Lawyers' Association (Southern Arizona Chapter), the past-president of the Catholic Community Services Foundation, a former member of Angel Charity for Children's, Inc., and a former member of the board of Pima Council on Aging. Traci is currently serves as secretary and member of the board for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Arizona.  Traci is married with three young daughters, Grace, Emma, and Bree.
